Leah Smith, MS, LMFTA
Psychotherapist

Leah provides individual and couple therapy to enrich clients’ relationships with themselves and with others. She is drawn to working with those who have experienced trauma and are experiencing mental health difficulties. Leah’s work capitalizes on her clients’ inherent strengths. Her approach is gentle and patient, and rooted in the sciences of attachment and interpersonal neurobiology.

Nicole Wilson, MS, LMFTA
Psychotherapist

Nicole provides individual and couple therapy to support effective communication and intimacy. She has passion for and experience supporting those in the LGBTQIA+ community, those who are exploring gender identity, and those who are part of or considering non-traditional relationship structures. In therapy sessions, Nicole uses experiential approaches, which capitalize on in-the-moment emotions and interactions, as well as approaches that promote secure attachment and self-worth.

Elizabeth Piseczny, MA, LMHCA, NCC
Psychotherapist

Elizabeth provides individual and couple therapy to help clients strengthen communication, improve intimacy, and navigate and resolve conflict. Elizabeth is drawn to clients who want to develop compassion for themselves and others, process grief/loss, and know themselves more fully so they can live authentically and experience fulfilling relationships. In therapy sessions, Elizabeth prioritizes curiosity, meaning-making, and client autonomy. She tailors her approach for each client, often drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and IFS/parts work, as well as existential and psychodynamic approaches.

Shreya Rangwani, MS, LMFTA
Psychotherapist

Shreya works with individuals, couples, and, families to help them navigate anxiety, cultural and relational stress, and life transitions. When clients feel overwhelmed by societal pressure, struggle to communicate in their relationships, or seek deeper emotional clarity, Shreya offers a compassionate space for healing, growth, and reconnection. Shreya’s approach to therapy is grounded in a systemic and relational framework, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and narrative therapy. In session, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive environment. Together, you’ll work toward building stronger relationships and a more empowered sense of self.

Heidi Gray, MS, LMFT
Psychotherapist & Owner

Heidi works with all types of couples to resolve conflict and increase emotional and physical intimacy in relationships. She utilizes research-supported approaches to help couples who are struggling with a disconnected relationships, working toward healing after betrayal, having sexual difficulties, or contemplating separation. Heidi has advanced training in
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and is working to become an AASECT certified sex therapist.
